Email as username is privacy problem...

Hello,

I noticed that some of my new users have email as thier username. Probably because they are comming from FB signup. Is there option to force user to create username or use his real name/surname instead of email as profile name? Otherwise everyone knows private emails...Facebook also not shows you email but rather real name.
