Editors not displaying when creating events / groups etc ...

Hello there

i was trying to create new events / groups etc , however, the editor is not displaying whenever i try to create them as a user.

could someone advise the right settings to update ?

i have tried changing the default editors in settings , but the description fields still doesn't appear.
