EB - New Post (Save/Apply)

When we create a new blog post (as Editor) in EB and then click on 'Apply / Save' the post is also published immediately. Currently it shows three buttons below:

Save for later
Save / Apply
Publish

However, as an Editor the second button (Save / Apply) is actually confusing, since it will immediately publish the post due to the fact that there is no moderation applicable for Editor.

It might be an idea to remove the middle (2nd) button and only leave:

Save for later, and
Publish

for the editor and all 3 for members who require moderation.

Or can you assist us to improve this? Maybe we are using it incorrectly... or maybe our setup has an issue...
