EB Click Drag Image on Media Manager

When dragging a photo in Media Manager in EB, look at the video capture I did, it won't stay on upload state. When I release the mouse, the browser will preview the photo instead. That momentary it stayed on upload state, it does not happen when I'm not capturing the screen. It will immediately does that blinking.
