EasySocial | Users Changing Emails After Logging in

We do a great job of ensuring that upon signing up, users must authenticate your email by checking their inbox and verifying. What I have noticed is that some students will then change their email; which we have no problem with, but they change it to fictious emails.

Is there any way that when a user wishes to change their email address they must re-verify?
If not, then eliminate the ability to change email address after verification has been complete?
