EasySocial User address synching with Joomla User Address

I can activate a Joomla Plugin to show additional elements in my Joomla user profile such as address, tel, zip, etc... I want to know if a user changes their address info in Easy Social, whether those changes will be reflected in their Joomla profile.

Please let me know if this is possible, and how it works.
