Easysocial "Unable to load tooltips content" issue

Hi,

my easysocial is facing "Unable to load tooltips content" issue when using windows 8.1 Google Chrome browser.This happen when I click the "Friend Request" notification button or mouse over the user profile to load the user profile card. I tested with other browsers, or google chrome with other windows version, it is ok.

I searched this forum and noticed many similar issues, may I know any solution for this?
