EasySocial Terms Custom Field NO HTML

Hi!

I wonder why the Custom Field Terms and Conditions does not support HTML, it would be nice to set a link to the Terms and Conditions Article so Users can just read it before accepting. Well, there is a URL field but one less unnecessary element is better, I guess.

Also, if possible, I guess other Site Admin would like this too the height of Terms is way too high. Why set a min height when it the height should depend on the amount of text.
