Easysocial Streams for Rating and Reactions

Earlier ES streams were created when a guest rated a blog post or reacted to blog post, recently on rating the stream post is not getting created (Guest+registered).

Same for reactions, ES stream is not getting created for guest reactions. (For registered users reactions ES stream is getting created).

I might have made some setting changes in old version and in new version i cant locate the settings, Can you please guide me where the controls are there on admin panel of EB to allow creating ES stream items for ratings and reactions.
