Easysocial Share button on a K2 item page

I would like to add a button on my K2 article page to "share" my item to the Easysocial stream. Is there already a way to do this?

I saw there is an Easysocial Quick Post module, but it's a simple text box - you can't add a link to the current page inside of the post.
