Easysocial registration

Hi guys, I'm trying to set up a link in the activation email (which I think I've done), but when I go to register a demo user, I can't get past the first page, it says "Sorry, but there are some errors in your registration form." I've checked the form and everything looks ok, but I can't get past the first stage
