EasySocial | Login Page Quick and Easy Registration Form Missing

For some reason, way back I created a community login page that had a very simple registration form right on the page.
But for the life of me, I am not able to replicate on our new site..

Is there a new setting or something I am missing?
Perhaps, its an easy fix, that I can do on my end...
