EasySocial Installation via Network stuck at first step

Hi,

My EasySocial_Pro plan gives me the option of unlimited installs. However, when I download the Easysocial package from 'My account' download option and try installing it on a different website, the installation does not progress beyond step 4 of the installation process where the 'downloading installation files' task is stuck at 0%.In Step 3 I have chosen the installation via network option.

The queries I have are:
- Am I allowed to download and install my licensed EasySocial package on sites other than 'www,netwomensworld.com'?
- If yes, how do I resolve the installation issue I am currently facing
