Hello,
Most of my members use EasySocial on mobile (iPhone or iPad / iOS).
However, even though they check the box 'keep me logged in' and our Joomla user session is set to 10,080 minutest, they still have to login frequently (hours).
Do you know why this is?
I can provide specific login / logout timeline if you like.
