EasySocial Events require approval even though this is turned off and profiles are set

Greetings,

The Client wants any user to be able to create and event and have it automatically be approved. I assumed that's how I have it setup but that is not working since new events still go to the Pending Moderation bucket. Here is how I have the settings:

1. Each category is set to all both Profiles to create events: http://prntscr.com/ck6nfe
2. Under ACL I have Moderate Event Creation unpublished: http://prntscr.com/ck6ok2

Is there something else that needs to be turned off?
