EasySocial Event Widget Triggers

We are having issues with a custom widget that we developed in the fact that the Event Triggers are not working for the app. We have tested the same functionality with Pages and it works fine so we are thinking it is a bug with EasySocial Events.

Please verify... this is for EasySocial Events and Field Widgets.
