EASYSOCIAL (feature): Include Sub-Categories in ES Stream module!

As a user (site admin), I would like to have the ability to use the ES Stream module to display posts from a specific Group or Page and optionally include posts from all child (sub) categories as well. Like many other modules, this is usually just an ON/OFF button next to the filter parameters.
