We are having some issues with the moderation feature.
It seems whenever a new discussion or reply needs moderation there are some issues.
The admin says that whenever he gets a moderation email and clicks on the link he either gets a 404 page or a Error 0 page.
Once after trying to approve a reply he got the Error page and then the reply was gone in the forum.
I did some testing on a Dev site with all the same parameters as their site but could not replicate these issues. Everything worked fine.
