I am trying to upgrade from 4.0.11 to 4.0.12. I got an error and suggested there were some updates required before upgrading 4.0.12. Advised download launcher package and I downloaded tried to install but this tiem I got this "Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team." What should I do?
