easydiscuss - forums/index

I was able to change the "forums" naming convention.
Everything seemed to work fine.

Here is where I am having a slight issue;

  • If member is not signed in and they click the "ask question" at top right of site, they get re-directed to;
  • https://website.com/engage/ask/forums

They should have been re-directed to either sign in and "forums" should not be showing; as I like to remove the word from all website context.

  • If clicking on the same search box (top right of site) and search anything the results are shown on ;
  • https://website.com/engage/ask/index

I have seen this index page show up a few times since working with easydiscuss. Is there anyway to remove "index"?

Thought it would be a permission issue, but I couldn't find where exactly it would be located for both.

By the way, in order to retrieve the search module for easydiscuss, one must be on "engage" aka forums. I decided to implement the easydiscuss search module for all of the "forums" area. Then on the blog area, they would utilize easyblog search module. As I have decided to implement easydiscuss for comments and without doing this, we would have duplicate search results.
