Easydiscuss didn´t show categories in the posting types as tree menu

Hi,

in easyDiscuss v4.0.14 the post types didn´t show the categories as a tree. This makes it very hard to use that feature especially when you are using multiple similar categories.

Can that please be fixed in a further version, we do not directly need a hotfix here, but for the future it should be solved.
