EasyDiscuss 4.1.8 and quick fix for anonymous posting setting is enabled

Hi Guys,

For those that hit the error as below:

Call to a member function getNameInitial() on null

When enabling the Settings>Composer>Enable Anonymous Postings
Here is the quick fix to address the issue.

Download the attached file, and copy the files below to the folder:
JOOMLA/administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/includes/themes/themes.php
JOOMLA/components/com_easydiscuss/themes/wireframe/html/user.anonymous.php
JOOMLA/components/com_easydiscuss/themes/wireframe/html/user.avatar.php
JOOMLA/components/com_easydiscuss/themes/wireframe/html/user.popbox.php

*Note: Please backup the original file first before you overwrite with the updated version.

The same fix will be added into the next release of EasyDiscuss.
