easybloglatestblogs - Cycling through previous posts

Hi all, I am using the mod_easybloglatestblogs module to display related posts to the page it is set on. At the moment I have set it to display the latest 4 posts, is there a way to allow for users to cycle backwards to see previous posts while staying on the same page?
