EasyBlog New Post White Screen

Hi,

I have the newest version of easyblog installed on my Joomla site, and Joomla is at version 3.4.8. I am able to open and edit the 2 existing blogs that came with the installation, but when I click the "New" button to create a new post, a white box opens that has a red circle on the top right corner with an X in it (obviously to close the window) and a grey box on the top left corner with a white X in it. The grey box does nothing when clicked, but the red circle gives a popup asking "Are you sure you want close the composer?" There is nothing else on the screen at the time to create a new blog.

This site has already been delivered to my customer, so I would appreciate any quick help that you can give.
