EasyBlog | Layout Not Working & Changing URL name with Menu Type

I have tried several layouts, but none are functioning properly.

At the moment, I would be happy with a Magazine or grid layout.

For reference: page is http://website.com/success-story - access (super-user) as I am testing before public.

Seems to work somewhat after many times saving and changing, but then url looks like;
http://website.com/success-story/magazine

Or if changing to a grid layout the url is:
http://website.com/success-story/grid

I don't believe its an issue with the sh404 plugin.
Yet in all other sites, I have used EasyBlog in the past, I have never seen the url change to the layout menu item type..

Going to put this on hold till I hear back from you all..
