Easyblog component does not display full editor in Firefox, Chrome, or Safari

I just installed Easyblog and have an issue. When logging in from the front end, the editor does not show full component using Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. But in Internet Explorer is shows fine.

Browsers are current.

I've attached a screen shot.

Please advise.
