I realized in four recent version of the plugin Easy Blog (easyblog) was installed at the site. The user special easyblog menu entry for a long time to come up to the expectations sites. If the menu that comes up very quickly and is not related to easyblog site is loaded.
The waiting time is 30 seconds to 40 seconds.
Note: The time is reduced by increasing the server php version but some times it goes up and bother the user.
