Sylvie helped me shift all of the licenses from purple.li@appeon.com over to song.li@appeon.com account. However it seems like to EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss can not be upgraded online.
The Dashboard page of EasyBlog/EasyDiscuss display the following error. How should I set up some configuration to solve this issue?
"You do not have a subscription or your subscription has already expired. You will not be able to utilize our versioning services"
