EasyBlog ACL just for one category

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to authorise to write a new article (for the users of my site) only for one and only one category on the site?

I would like to write all articles alone except in one category where i would like all registered users to be able to write an article, if possible an easy one almost like testimonials...

Is it possible please?
