EasyBlog ACL Changes for Multiple Groups

We have 90 different User Groups for our Association Chapters. On install, EasyBlog defaulted to make them all Authors. The blog is only for the Association Management team. Is there a quick way to do a bulk update or must we disable the ACL options for each group individually?
