In the settings I installed/and updated the German Language file. It displays "Installed", but Progress is indicated as 0%. The front-end does not show any German text - all English. Checking in the root directore, the appropriate de-DE...ini files are available, but also contain only English Text. Can I download the translations somewhere else or do I need to make the translations myself or what mistake did I make?
