Just purchased your 4 product bundle and was not able to install EasySocial Component on my Joomla site.
When I get to step 4, I get the following error when doing a Network Install.
The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact support.
When I attempt a Directory Installation I get the following error
There was some errors when extracting the archive from the server. If this problem persists please contact support.
I looked at the support forum and found a post that said that I need to have the target server defined. I realized that I defined my final target URL of
http://www.saverhealth.com, but I was trying to load the software onto the lab server that is at IP address 98.220.116.163. I changed the target server to the 98.220.116.163 server, but this failed as well.
I have created a superuser account on that server.
I think there is an issue with the domain name definition and how the files are being verified.
