Easy Discussion Post Time Stamp Incorrect

When a time-stamp is placed on a post, it's 6 hours ahead in time. I checked my server time stamp in joomla (system -> global configuration -> system) and made sure everything was accurate. However, problem still not fixed.

How can this information be updated?
