Easy Discuss name in drop down menu in Easy Social Group - How to change name & posn?

So I created a private group and discussion boards within it. When I look at the menu items I see that the menu item for the discussion board is called Easy Discuss.

1. Where do I change this name?
2. How can I move this up to the top menu bar rather than being in the drop down.
