Easy Blog date passed to Mailchim

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to figure out what date is passed to mailchimp for the blog date, is it the creation date or the published date? I'm trying to figure out if mailchimp thinks a block I created 3 weeks ago but scheduled to publish late last week is a new or old post.
