EasiBlog not working: 404 Component not found.

Hi I have upgraded to Easyblog 5.0.23 and am very frustrated. Setting it up initially seem to work and was trying to get the comments to work on a blog. Then the systems crashed and cannot get it working again. Have restored, tried again and once again it gets to the point where it crashes. Please help. I have set up 2 blogs that needs displaying. I do not want anyone to be able to modify the blogs but will allow comments. Please will you assist as I think I must have screwed up the parameters. Would appreciate feed back where I have gone wrong. Please help me.
