Early Adopter Pricing

With the release of ES 1.4 came a change with the pricing plans. In the blog post it says:

Good news to our early adopters, since you are our loyal users and have subscribed to EasySocial during the birth of EasySocial, the updated pricing will not affect you.

What defines an early adopter? Those who were premium users when ES first came out? Those who were premium users within the first year? Those who had active subscriptions up to this point?

For the early adopters, will the old price be just for the next renewal? Or will it continue to be that price?

Now I'm going to ask about my own subscription. Mark recently posted:

If you are an early adopter, remember to ensure that your active subscription is active because once the subscription is cancelled / has issues, you will need to purchase a new plan instead.

Months ago there was a glitch in the payment system when I was awarded an extra month. Justin moved my subscription and removed the other one. Due to not seeing the data behind the scenes, I don't know which one was removed. My point is that I'm wondering if this will mess with the above price deal. I've been auto renewing since December of 2013 which is when I first got EasySocial and have never canceled. :)
