Duplicate Profile Completion and Language Issues

Language Issues:

Not sure what is going on here, but I got a notification as seen in the screenshot below. I went to the link and there is no like, comment or anything. See screenshot 2.

Am I missing something? Also... 1.2.7 and still language issues?

Duplicate Profile Completion:

I get the duplicate profile completion message on some pages.

Also, for the Profile Completion it doesn't appear to be working properly. For example on my profile I have all of my "mandatory" fields complete. Everything else is optional. So, why is it still showing?
