Download users to Excel sheet front end with specific fields ACL/Groups members

Hi

I would like to be able that certain paying users/user group(s) on front end can search/download certain users with certain customized fields that that users/user groups have filled in when register.

So this could be used with a subscription component like Payplans where certain users that have paid for a certain "search for certain customized field's users" subscription can download certain ES user with certain customized fields.

This workflow can first be done by a search of these users with certain customized user fields front end and that could only been searchable/seen/dl for certain paid Payplans users/user groups.
