Download Regions Countries and States in Russian language

Hello. I have to translate to Russian language:
/administrator/components/com_easysocial/defaults/countries.json
or
/administrator/components/com_easysocial/defaults/regions/country.json
and
/administrator/components/com_easysocial/defaults/regions/state.json
manualy by myself?

Or there a some place where I can download allready translated files?
