Donate button for pages, groups, user profiles and events
1. if someone creates a user profile, a page, a group or an event, then he can enter his Pay-Pal account during the creation and/or in the settings.
2. a button to donate will appear in the profile header.
3. if a user presses this button, a pop-up opens. There the user can then decide whether he donates once or donates a monthly standing order.
With it each of contents created can also earn money.
