Domain name not allowed when adding to account

Hi, the school I work at has recently purchased EasyBlog but I'm having trouble installing it. Our domain is sprowstonhigh.school but the account section wouldn't let me add it as a valid domain. I added sprowstonhigh.org which is also registered to us but now it won't install as its saying it's the wrong domain.
