Does Parent-child app compatible with J3.9?

Hi there,
I've noticed an issue on my side about parent child app, does anyone has the same?

Description, my plan organisation is like this :
Parent : Free
Child : Silver, gold, Platine etc..

To subscribe child plan, user have to subscribe to a free plan first, then after expiration if they does'nt renewal, they still be able to access the site, via their free account.

But since, i've upgraded to Joomla 3.9, it seems that payplans do'nt detect that users has already a free plan and they ca'nt access to the childs!
Have any suggestions?
