Docker intermittently showing as "not logged in" while I am "logged in."

Several times a day, when I go to our EasySocial page, the Docker app displays as if it is not logged in, even though I am logged in. (screen shot attached) A refresh of the page fixes the docker. I have gotten feedback that I am not the only one experiencing this. Thank you.
