Display issue with Social sharing options.

Hi, is there any way to get the Facebook sharing options to display normally at the end of a blog post?

I've attached a screenshot of what I mean.

There's the option to Tweet or +1 a post, but for Facebook you have to click Log In before being able to Like or Share a blog post. See Screenshot#1

Additionally, after clicking Log In, and then clicking Like, the following happens. (See attached Screenshot #2:
