Disappearing attachments in comments

I just found that attachments in comments are disappearing. I use S3 amazon storage for EasySocial media and it works pretty fine but comments. Since I found placeholders instead of real images, I've checked out storage path (leads to localhost) but there were no appropriate files. Actually no files except for index. On S3 I found also the same folder (path) but only one images stored there. Finally - files seem to be gone.
