Disable composer for mobile devices

Hello,

I prepared a custom Easyblog composer using Joomla overrides (see attachments).

This custom composer must be the same in every device, both desktop and mobile but when I test the mobile version I get a blank page. How can I get the same composer for every device, or as a second solution, how can I disable the mobile version of the composer?
