Disable avatars uploading in ES profiles

Hello, is there any way to disable profiles avatars uplioads ? we are using a plugin to genarate letters avatars and we dont want to use custom ones.

i tried to disable avatars uploads in the custom fields, it disable uploading just when we edit profiles but on the profiles pages we can upload.
