Difficulties installing Japanese Language Files

As you can see from the attachments, even though the admin page indicates that the EasyBlog Japanese installation occurred, it has not.
When using the language problem function of Joomla, the following errors were found:
**未読み込み** : JROOT/language/ja-JP/ja-JP.com_easyblog.ini
**未読み込み** : JROOT/components/com_easyblog/language/ja-JP/ja-JP.com_easyblog.ini
**Not read**
You can also confirm that installation has for some other components such as jbusinessdirectory.
If you could just email me the files, I can install them myself. It seems that this would be much faster.
