Different approach: Maximum Comments To Load

Hi,

I would like to see a different approach to load more comments.
1. Set number of first visible comments
2. the click more will display all the rest of the comments.

Different approach:
1. Set number of first visible comments
2. Set number of comments to load

So in that case I can display first 5 comments and on a click I can display how many I want.
